Parasha's Light have by far the most appalling customer service I have come across in any industry, online, or otherwise. Not only are they incompetent and unhelpful, they also take ages to reply and sometimes they don't at all, not to mention that politeness and kindness are completely absent from all their communication. Unless you can be 100% certain that you won't have any technical issues ever, steer clear of this one!
